Cookie Policy

Cookies are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. We also use comparable browser storage (like localStorage) for a few of the same purposes — this page covers both under the general heading "cookies," which is the common usage. This page explains what we store, why, and how you control it. It works together with the cookie-consent banner you see on first visit and the Cookie Preferences panel, reachable at any time from this page or the footer.

This site groups everything it might store into four categories. Only the first is on by default.

• Necessary — always on, can't be switched off. Required for the site to function: your cart contents, your language choice, and the record of your own cookie-consent choice.
• Analytics — off by default. Google Analytics 4, so we can see which pages actually get read. Doesn't load, and sets no cookies, until you switch this on.
• Embedded content — off by default. Third-party embeds, such as the map on the Contact page. Off by default; each embed shows a plain, trackable-free fallback until you allow this category.
• Marketing — off by default. Not currently used — no advertising or marketing scripts run on this site. The toggle exists for transparency, in case that changes; if it does, we'll update this page and the toggle's description before turning anything on.

Nothing in the Necessary row is used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking — it exists solely to make the cart, language switcher, and your own consent choice work.

• Nothing outside the Necessary category loads until you actively choose to allow it. There are no pre-ticked boxes for Analytics, Embedded content, or Marketing.
• The consent banner presents Accept all, Reject non-essential, and Manage preferences with equal visual weight — rejecting isn't made harder to find or click than accepting.
• Google Analytics 4 specifically does not load, and no analytics script is injected into the page, unless you've switched the Analytics category on.
• Your choice persists across visits (stored in the Necessary category itself) until you change it — the banner doesn't reappear on every visit once you've made a choice.
• You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or from the controls on this page.

Use the Cookie Preferences panel (linked from this page and the footer) to switch any category on or off at any time. Switching Analytics off after having it on stops future data collection; it doesn't retroactively delete data Google has already processed under your earlier consent — for that, see the Privacy Policy §8 for how to request erasure. You can also control cookies at the browser level; browser settings apply on top of, not instead of, the choices you make here.

Storing or accessing anything on your device beyond what's strictly necessary for the service you've asked for requires your consent under Czech Act No. 127/2005 Sb., on Electronic Communications, §89(3) (implementing the ePrivacy Directive, 2002/58/EC as amended), and under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) for any related personal-data processing (see the Privacy Policy §3). That's why Analytics, Embedded content, and Marketing are opt-in rather than opt-out.

• Google (Analytics 4): processes usage data as our processor once you've given Analytics consent. See Google's own privacy documentation for how it handles data on its side.
• Map provider (Contact page embed): loads only once you've given Embedded content consent; until then, the Contact page shows a static fallback with a plain link that opens the map in a new tab without loading any tracking script.
