SERVICE 01

Publish on a schedule. Rank on purpose.

Every article starts as a keyword-and-intent brief, not a topic idea — because publishing reliably and ranking are two different problems, and most agencies only ever solve the first one.

from €290

A printed article mid-edit, red-pen annotations over the draft — the actual proofing pass, not a stock photo of a keyboard.

WHO THIS IS FOR

  • Marketers who own "we need to publish consistently" and watched the blog go quiet after three posts.
  • Founders writing their own articles at midnight because there's no one else free to do it.
  • Teams with a content calendar and no writer fast enough to fill it.

A blog problem that looks like a writing problem.

Most blogs don't fail for lack of articles — they fail for lack of a brief. A topic list ('write about X') produces copy that's on-subject and invisible: no target keyword, no defined reader, no reason to outrank the page already sitting in position one. The complaint we hear most — 'we blog constantly and nothing happens' — isn't a writing problem. It's a scoping problem that happens before anyone opens a document.

WHAT YOU GET

Every article ships with:

  1. A keyword-and-search-intent brief for every piece — the target term, the reader, and what the top-ranking pages are missing.

  2. A complete draft at the word count stated on your package (roughly 1,200 words per standard article).

  3. On-page structure built in: heading hierarchy, a meta description draft, and internal-link suggestions to your existing pages.

  4. CMS-ready formatting — paste-in or plain doc, your call.

  5. On Growth and Authority: a fixed monthly cadence, so the blog keeps moving without a new brief from you every time.

HOW IT WORKS

Brief, draft, delivered — on a cadence.

  1. 01

    Brief

We turn your topic or goal into a keyword-and-intent brief: the target term, search volume where it's meaningful, the reader, and the angle the top-ranking pages haven't covered. What you'll have by this point: a one-page brief you can approve or redirect before a word is drafted.

  2. 02

    Draft

A full article written against that brief, structured for the reader and for the page it needs to outrank. What you'll have by this point: a complete draft, on time, ready to read start to finish.

  3. 03

    Revision

Feedback rounds included in your package price, applied to the actual draft. What you'll have by this point: a final version that matches the brief, not a second draft that drifted from it.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Formatted and delivered the way your CMS needs it. What you'll have by this point: a publish-ready article, and on Growth/Authority, the next brief already queued.

SPECIMEN — WRITTEN TO DEMONSTRATE THE FORMAT

Blog article opening: "why sprint retros keep producing the same three complaints"

Before

In today’s fast-paced business environment, effective communication is more important than ever. Many teams struggle with retrospectives that fail to drive meaningful change, leading to recurring issues that impact overall productivity and morale.

After

Same three complaints, every retro. Not enough time. Too many meetings. Nobody follows up. If your team’s retro board looks the same in March as it did in January, the problem isn’t the format — it’s that nobody owns the follow-up. Here’s how to fix that in one sprint, not five.

What changed: Cut the throat-clearing paragraph, opened with the actual observation, gave the reader a reason to keep reading in the second sentence.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from just briefing a freelancer?

The brief is ours to write, not yours — most freelancer relationships fail exactly there, when "write about X" is handed over without a target keyword or a defined reader. We build the brief from search data before anyone drafts.

Can I supply my own topics or keywords?

Yes — send them and we'll turn them into full briefs. If you don't have any yet, the Keyword Research Pack add-on (€240) builds a shortlist first.

What happens on Growth and Authority if I don't have four (or eight) topics ready every month?

We propose the topics from keyword research as part of the package — you're not required to arrive with a list every month, only to approve or redirect what we propose.

Do articles include images?

No — this service is the written article. We can note suggested image placements in the doc, but sourcing or creating images isn't included.

Will one article actually move rankings?

One well-targeted article can rank for its specific term; sustained traffic growth is a volume-and-cadence outcome, which is what Growth and Authority are built for. We won't tell you a single €290 article replaces a content strategy.
