Brief to delivery, in five steps.
No stage of this is a mystery — what you supply, what you get back, and when.

THE ENGAGEMENT MODEL
Brief to delivery, in five steps.
- 01
Brief
What you supply: the deadline that actually matters, the deliverable (article, page, catalogue, brief), and anything that exists already — brand voice notes, a style guide, competitor pages, keyword targets. What you get: a scoped brief back from us within one business day, confirming word count, angle, and delivery date, before any writing starts.
- 02
Research
What you supply: access to whatever we can't find ourselves — product specs, internal docs, a call with someone who knows the answer, if the topic needs one. What you get: a short research note or keyword/intent map (for SEO work), so the draft is built on facts and search data, not assumptions.
- 03
Draft
What you supply: nothing — this stage is ours. What you get: a complete first draft against the brief, delivered on the turnaround stated on your package, not "soon."
- 04
Revision
What you supply: specific feedback — what's off and why, not a rewrite of your own. What you get: the revision rounds included in your package price, applied to the actual draft, with changes tracked so you can see what moved.
- 05
Delivery
What you supply: nothing further. What you get: final copy in the format you need (doc, CMS-ready, or pasted into your platform on request), plus a short note on anything worth a follow-up piece.
WHAT MAKES A BRIEF FAST
-
The deadline that's actually load-bearing, not the one that sounds reasonable.
-
Any existing brand voice notes or style guide — if none exist, we'll infer voice from your current site and confirm it before drafting.
-
Keyword or topic targets, if you have them — if not, that's what Content Strategy & Briefs is for.
-
Access to whoever can answer a factual question fast, for technical or SaaS briefs.
-
Existing pages or product data for ecommerce and website copy, so we're not writing blind.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I miss my own deadline for supplying the brief?
Your delivery date moves by the same number of days. We hold the turnaround stated on your package from the point we have everything we need, not from the date you paid.
How many rounds of revision do I actually get?
It's stated on the package you buy — most run two rounds. Rounds cover fit against the brief, not a new brief halfway through; a change in direction is a new brief, priced separately.
Do you disclose if AI was used anywhere in the process?
Yes, plainly, if it ever changes how we work. Today: AI tools help with research and our own quality checks. Every sentence that ships is written and edited by a person.
What if I need something faster than the stated turnaround?
Add the Rush turnaround add-on (48h, €150) at checkout, where the schedule allows it. We'll tell you upfront if a job's too large to compress safely.
