PRICING
Are these the real prices, or a starting point?
Real. Every package lists what's included, the turnaround, and the revision count. If your job is bigger or smaller than a listed package, the Scope Estimator or a note to us prices the difference — it doesn't hide the base rate.
Is VAT included in the price shown?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is standard for B2B. Checkout calculates the applicable rate from your billing country — 21% for Czech buyers, reverse charge for EU businesses with a valid VAT ID, and no EU VAT outside the EU.
What if I need more than the packages cover?
Add-ons cover the common cases — rush turnaround, an extra revision round, keyword research, a competitor audit. For anything larger, use the Scope Estimator or send us a brief through the contact page.
Do prices ever change after I’ve paid?
No. The price is locked at checkout for the package and add-ons you bought. If our list prices change later, it doesn't touch an order already placed.
PROCESS
How long does a typical project take?
It’s stated per package — a single article ships in five business days, a full site in two to four weeks. The complete table is on /process/.
How many revisions are included?
Stated on the package, usually two rounds. Revisions fix fit against the brief; a new direction partway through is a new brief, priced separately.
What do I need to prepare before I buy?
Less than you’d think — the deadline that matters, the deliverable, and anything that already exists (brand notes, keyword targets, product specs). We ask for specifics in the checkout brief.
Can I talk to someone before I commit?
You can — the contact page exists for exactly that. But most buyers don't need to: the package pages state everything a call would cover.
QUALITY & AI
Do you use AI to write?
For research and for checking our own drafts, yes — the way a writer uses a keyword tool or a style guide. Every sentence that ships has been written and edited by a person. If that ever changes, we'll say so here, not bury it.
How do you make sure technical copy is actually accurate?
Technical and SaaS briefs go through a dedicated accuracy checkpoint before delivery — we flag anything we can't verify and ask, rather than write around the gap.
What if the draft doesn't sound like our brand?
That's what the brief and the revision rounds are for. Send us existing copy or a style guide up front and the first draft will already be closer than you'd expect; if it's still off, the included revisions fix it.
LANGUAGES
Is the Czech version machine-translated?
No. Every Czech page on this site, including this one, is written natively by the studio, not translated by software and lightly edited. That’s also how we deliver EN↔CZ Localization projects — see the specimen on /work/.
Can you write in both directions — English to Czech and Czech to English?
Yes, both. See EN↔CZ Copywriting & Localization for the packages and a specimen showing the difference between a literal translation and a transcreated one.
Do you offer other languages?
Not currently — English and Czech are the two languages we write natively, and we'd rather stay precise in two than mediocre in five.
LEGAL
What happens if I want to cancel after paying?
See the full terms on /refund-policy/ — in short, EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, waived only if you explicitly agree to work starting inside that window (checked at checkout, not assumed). B2B orders placed under a business account don't carry that withdrawal right.
What data do you collect, and why?
Name, email, and the project details you give us in a brief — used to deliver the work and nothing else. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Who do I contact about a data or privacy request?
support@seo-copywriter.com — the same address handles project and privacy questions.
